Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services from your hotel or accommodation within a 30 km range at an extra fee. The fee depends on your location, so please contact us by whatsapp or e-mail to get the exact price.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, suitable footwear, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a water bottle, and a camera to capture the amazing sights. For overnight tours, pack essentials like toiletries, a change of clothes, and any personal medications.
Most of our tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. However, for certain activities like camel trekking and bootcamp tours, we recommend participants to be at least 12 years old. Please check the specific tour details or contact us for more information.
The tour price generally includes transportation, guided tours, entrance fees to attractions, and meals as specified in the itinerary. Extra activities, personal expenses, and tips are not included. For specific inclusions and exclusions, please refer to the tour details.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour.
